Michelin Aircraft Taps Jackson-Dawson for Marketing & Communications
January 27th, 2009Michelin Aircraft Tire Company (MATC) recently selected Jackson-Dawson Marketing Solutions in Greenville, S.C., to handle marketing communications for the business unit.

Michelin Aircraft Tires supplies bias tires, radial tires and tubes for the worldwide commercial, military, regional and general aviation markets. In addition to supplying tires for the space shuttle and the brand new Emirates A380, Michelin recently delivered its 250,000th aircraft tire to the United States Navy in support of its Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) contract.
Jackson-Dawson also handles marketing communications and public relations for Michelin North America’s truck tire and earthmover tire divisions, event planning and logistics services for Michelin North America’s passenger car tire division, as well as partnering in various community projects. The new account further expands the agency’s work in the aviation industry, which includes Stevens Aviation and Lockheed-Martin Aircraft and Logistics Center.
